Scheduling Private Use of the Arena
To request the use of the facility, email [email protected], and please indicate 'Arena Rental’ in the subject line. Please allow 48-72 hours for a reply. Either Julie or Krystin will try to respond to you within in that timeframe, depending on the nature of your request. During busy times, trials, or traveling, there may be a delay of up to 72-96 hours for us to reply. Please refer to the main page for details to include in your request

If you have not rented the arena for personal use in the past, an approved person will need to meet with you to go over the use of our facility prior to you renting the facility. Even if you have attended classes or run-thrus, you will still need to meet with someone directly affiliated with the facility prior to renting the facility for your personal use. Please plan accordingly and request in advance of when you are wanting to rent the facility.
Dog Clubs or private instructors teaching classes are required to have insurance. Each year, everyone using the facility is required to sign a waiver.
